Terms of Service

Welcome to Luki. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or any of our services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Luki. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent to use the Service. By using Luki, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information current. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content

3.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and share on Luki, including posts, stories, photos, videos, comments, and messages ("User Content").

3.2 License Grant

By posting User Content, you grant LUKİ TEAM YAZILIM VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service. This license ends when you delete your User Content or account, except where your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

3.3 Stories

Stories are automatically removed from the platform 24 hours after posting. However, other users may take screenshots or screen recordings of stories before they expire.

4. Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate others or provide false information on your profile.
  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Engage in bullying, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
  • Share sexually explicit content involving minors.
  • Use the platform to spam, scam, or deceive other users.
  • Collect or harvest other users' personal information without their consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform's code or infrastructure.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.

5. Video Chat

Luki provides video chat functionality that allows real-time video and audio communication between users. You agree not to record, capture, or redistribute video chat sessions without the explicit consent of all participants. You are responsible for the content you share during video calls.

6. Following & Interactions

Users can follow other users to see their posts and stories in their feed. You can set your account to private to require approval before others can follow you. You may block or restrict any user at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Luki name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and branding are the property of LUKİ TEAM YAZILIM VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent. The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) remain the exclusive property of LUKİ TEAM YAZILIM VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may use automated systems and human review to moderate content. While we strive to act promptly, we do not guarantee real-time monitoring of all content on the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users, third parties, or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Disclaimers

Luki is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LUKİ TEAM YAZILIM VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any content posted by users or for interactions between users, including those in video chats.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUKİ TEAM YAZILIM VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LUKİ TEAM YAZILIM VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by sending you a notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
