  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the app, crash reports, and interaction patterns.
  • Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address. We may collect precise location if you grant permission, to show nearby users or localize content.
  • Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies on our website to improve user experience and analyze traffic.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

If you sign up using a third-party service (e.g., Google, Apple), we receive basic profile information from that provider in accordance with your privacy settings on that service.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law. Stories are automatically deleted 24 hours after posting.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data. Video chat streams are encrypted end-to-end. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

  • Access & Portability: You can request a copy of your personal data at any time.
  • Correction: You can update your profile information directly in the app or request corrections.
  • Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data from the app settings, or by contacting us.
  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of promotional communications and adjust notification preferences in the app settings.
  • Privacy Controls: You can set your profile to private, control who can send you messages, and manage who can see your stories and posts.
